We are based in Bangladesh and operate through our online platform. We currently do not have a physical store, but we deliver across major cities and districts.

Since our chocolates are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, let us know within 24 hours of delivery with a photo—we’ll make it right.
